Village Scene

A second card today, this is for the challenge at Bah Humbug - A Christmas Scene. My image is a PSX stamp I have had for years, but think it fits the bill, I stamped in Versafine Onyx Black and embossed with clear ep. I coloured the houses with Copics and added Stardust Stickles. The starry paper is a free magazine one and the snowflake card behind the image is from Kanban. I added some punched snowflakes and the sentiment is a rub-on.

My DT card today is for the challenge at My Time to Craft which this week is "Drink Up". I didn't have any suitable stamps but managed to find this decoupage in my stash. The papers are Hampstead by Papermania, I added brads and stamped "Cheers".

Paper Cupcakes Challenge

My DT card for today is for the challenge at Paper Cupcakes where the challenge is this week set by Pattie Nelson and is "Dog Days of Summer". My easel card has the image Beach Friends by Nina at Paper Cupcakes, I coloured with Copics and used a Nestie to cut out the image. The papers are Anna Griffin, Daisy Bucket and Elusive Images. I used a Martha Stewart edge punch and added, ribbon, flowers, button, starfish charm and computer generated sentiment. The prize for the winner this week is:

Vintage Boots


Good Afternoon, Hope the sun is shining for you, it is cloudy here but still quite warm. My DT card today is for the challenge at The Crafty Pad where the challenge is "Vintage". The digi image used is Fancy Boots by Debbie at The Crafty Pad coloured with Copics and edged around the image with Antique Linen Distress Ink Pad. The papers used are by K & Co and The Vintage Workshop and I distressed the edges with a Tim Holtz distressing tool. I added lace, ribbon, Prima Flowers, button and computer generated sentiment. Meet Miss Evie


My second card for today is for the monthly challenge at Squiggle Stamps, which is stitches, scallops and swirls. The image I used is Miss Evie Patches a digi image by Squiggle Stamps, I coloured her with Copics and randomly stitched around the image. The papers I used were free ones from Making Cards Magazine, and I used the Martha Stewart Lace Doily edge punch. The swirls were cut on the Cuttlebug and I added some adhesive stones to these, I finished with ribbon, buttons, computer generated sentiment, flowers and a pearl. I am also entering this for the following challenges:

Christmas Stocking

A card for the challenge at Bah Humbug. I used a vellum by Papermania on the background secured with eyelets, but you can't see the pattern on the photo, not been able to get a very good one. I used a stocking topper from my stash to which I added some white pearls and matted onto shapes cut with Nesties with adhesive stones attached. The sentiment is from the Crafters Companion stamp set which I won in the Bah Humbug challenge a few weeks ago.

My DT card for the challenge at There's Magic in the Air with Paper Cupcakes, where the challenge this week has been set by Nilla and is to use the "Party Cake" image by Nina of Paper Cupcakes with the theme of Strawberries and Cream. I coloured the image with Copics and added adhesive stones around the tiers. The paper is by Magnolia and I sprayed the flower with Glimmer Mist as I didn't have one the right colour and added a cream rose in the centre. I added lace, bow and computer generated sentiment and used Nestibilities and Martha Stewart garden trellis edge punch. Shoes!!

My DT card for the challenge today at The Crafty Pad where there is a photo to take inspiration from. My card has used a shoe image from Debbie at The Crafty Pad and I have coloured with Copics, added some pearls and also dotted Pastel Raspberry Liquid Pearls around the image. The bp is by Bo Bunny and I have used the Martha Stewart Garden Trellis punch, I finished with Bo Bunny flowers, pearl punched branch and computer generated sentiment.

For a Special Friend

My card today is for the challenge at Bah Humbug, which is to create a Christmas card for a special friend. My image is a Christmas Tilda by Magnolia stamped onto a Nestie cut out, I coloured her with Copics and added some punched stars around her. The gorgeous paper with red flocked poinsettia is by Kaisercraft - Belle Collection and the scalloped border also comes from the same pad. I added ribbon a Santa charm and a computer generated sentiment.

Butterfly Bliss


Good Morning, My DT card is for the challenge at My Time to Craft where the challenge is "Butterfly Bliss". I have used two stamps from Elusive Images, one a corner butterfly which I stamped four times and the centre butterfly which I stamped twice and decoupaged, I coloured them all with Copics and added some Star Dust Stickles. The lovely butterfly paper is from my stash, I added a spotted ribbon and a computer generated sentiment. I am also entering this for the challenge at Flutter By Wednesday - Open theme but must have wings.

The Crafty Pad

The challenge at the Crafty Pad today is to use Yellow, Orange and some holes (punched, pricked etc). My card was made using the image of Ellie the Elephant by Debbie of the Crafty Pad, I coloured with Copics and cut the image out using Nesties, I pricked holes around the edge and pricked some little flowers around the image. The papers are My Mind's Eye and s.e.i. I used two punches one Martha Stewart and one ribbon punch, I added ribbon, flowers, buttons and computer generated sentiment. Our sponsor this week is Lou from Creative Craft World and she is offering a prize of a £5 voucher to spend in her shop.

Christmas in Silver and White


My card today is for the challenge at Bah Humbug which is "Less is More". I punched an oval shape and run through the Cuttlebug with the Swiss Dots folder and edged with a peel off border, the tree is a silver metal. I attached a silver ribbon and bow and a silver and white sentiment from Papermania. Unfortunately I couldn't get a good photo as all the silver ends up just reflected or as this photo shows it - black.

Angelic


Good Morning, My DT card today is for the challenge at My Time to Craft the challenge this week is Angelic. My stamp is a Tilda from Magnolia, coloured with Copics, I put her in a oval frame which I sprayed with Pink Taffy Glimmer Mist. The papers are by K & Co and distressed with a Tim Holtz distressing tool. I added a piece of hessian to which I attached Prima and Magnolia flowers and some roses from my stash, some branches cut with a L-Em punch and a pearl hat pin. I added ribbon, two bows and a computer generated sentiment. I am also entering this for the following challenges:

Animal Fun


My DT card today for the challenge at The Crafty Pad, this week the challenge is to include an animal on your project. I used Lenny the Lion digi image from Debbie at The Crafty Pad, I cut him out with Nesties circles and scallops, and coloured with Copics. The papers are from my stash and I cut photo corners on the Cuttlebug and added a computer generated sentiment.
